Returns

You can return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@akdistribution.co.uk or fll out our contact form with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

We’ll provde return instructions and the correct return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. This typically takes 3–5 business days after we process the return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or opened items
• Items returned after 14 days
• Items not in original condition or packaging (unless faulty)
